First time here,this place has good reviews, so we decided to try it. Got there it was packed, waiting was about 15 minutes, we ordered our food, and it came out fast , but our mixed meat platter was missing lamb chops, our server told us that they ran out of lamb chops and gave us something else, without asking us! Hummos had a weird taste, fatosh salad had ranch dressing!?, our grilled chicken was excellent 👌, our meat platter was over cooked and some were burned!

This was our first time @Basha Grill and we absolutely LOVED everything about it! Restaurant seemed on the smaller side when we walked in however it didn’t feel tight at all once we were seated. Their work flow was very fast💨 and efficient! I was surprised how fast they were serving all the dishes out and at cleaning tables for next guest. Jawad was our server and he took good care of us! His recommendations were on point for two foodies! 🤘🏼 First of all….that humus was the BEST HUMUS I’ve ever had so far! 🤯💯 Salad was delicious and refreshing. Falafels were so flavorful & chicken wings, kebab and meat were allllllll delicious! Lamb chop was good but we wished it had more flavor. I have to mention that the meat plating was so beautiful! It made everything look even better!🏻🏻 Surprisingly we picked this place because of my grilled fish cravings and they didn’t disappoint me at all. We had an amazing anniversary meal for sure! 🥰🏻 The bread with red sauce+onions were very tasty also! I mean I can go on…. We got half of mint lemonade & half of fruit punch mixed and that was sooooo yummy, too…!!🤤 I don’t know what it was called but the spicy potatoes were ok and so as yellow rice. It tasted blend by themselves but it went well with other food since all the meat had good/bold flavors! Jawad absolutely went above and beyond at taking care of our table by how he carefully and thoughtfully packed our boxes for us when we were done. Ask for Jawad if you want a great service. I was travelling from Canada to Dearborn, MI and had a distinct pleasure dining out at Basha Grill at Dearborn Heights, MI. What a class! Mohammad helped us in picking our meal order and everything was far above our expectations in terms of quality, quantity and taste; brilliant experience we all had as a family, will definitely visit again.

Ordered through door dash since I was in town for work and ordered the beef shawarma and instead got chicken. No one called to let me know they were supposedly out of the beef so they took it upon themselves to make chicken. When I called and asked for a refund or have someone deliver the correct order the guy who answered(James ) refused to help me and refused to come up with a solution. He was rude and arrogant. Will never order from here again even though food was delicious last time I ordered from Here and it’s convenient when delivered through door dash EDIT: The owner called me from his personal cell phone and didn’t like my honest review, he asked for me several times to take this review down in exchange for free food and that he would deliver it to my hotel,that was not gonna happen. I literally would never eat here again and I don’t trust getting food from this place especially after my review, who knows what they would put in my food. Then the owner tried to tell me that he fired the employee who spoke with me on the phone the day before which I find hard to believe but ok. It was nice that he called to try to make it right but the fact that he tried to convince me to take my honest review down is unprofessional.
