BATOOL T. BANKER is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, and a member of the firm’s Executives & Professionals Practice Group in New York. She represents employees in public and private companies in the negotiation and drafting of employment, severance, restrictive covenants, expatriate, and international assignment agreements. She also counsels individuals and groups of individuals with respect to employment-related issues such as team moves, restructurings and corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Outten & Golden, Ms. Banker worked with in-house counsel on employment-related transactional matters at the Center for Employment Opportunities, Inc. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Northeastern University School of Law in 2017, where she served as President of the Student Bar Association and an Editor of the Northeastern University Law Review. During law school, Ms. Banker interned with a plaintiff-side law firm in Manhattan, representing individuals in a variety of employment-related matters, including separation agreements, discrimination lawsuits, and regulatory analysis. Additionally, she worked as an in-house law clerk for Jazz at Lincoln Center, and as a student attorney at the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School in Massachusetts.
