>Bessan is a graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University with his marketing degree. Upon graduating he started his career with Bow Tied Weddings as a marketing manager, he then transitioned to Long and Foster Real Estate as a Marketing Director for The Poore Team. He has strong Lebanese roots and is fluent in Arabic. Bessan moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to Richmond in 1998 at three years old. He is a tenacious and a resilient person. He has always been about caring for and helping others, so he decided to translate that passion into the real estate world.
Bessan is a self-proclaimed โsports fanaticโ and some of his hobbies include working out, hiking, watching/playing sports, reading, learning about new stocks/crypto, and discovering new places to visit in Virginia. Bessan also loves giving back to the community. During his time at Lowes while he was in college, he participated in the Lowes Heroโs Project. He helped with the remodeling of the Virginia Home for Boys and Girls as well as John Marshall High School.
Being around real-estate even as a child, he always looked up to his aunt who has been practicing for over 30 years. Bessan has admired the positive impact his aunt has made in peopleโs lives and looks forward to following in her footsteps. Thatโs where his love for real estate all started!
With a background in marketing, Bessan enjoys connecting with others and being able to provide the help and care one might need. Taking the joy of helping others as a Marketing Director, he knew he wanted to continue that desire and focus on serving his local community with one of the biggest decisions in most peopleโs livesโฆ buying a home! Now a realtor in central Virginia, Bessan is running with his newly found passion and looking to help everyone from first time home buyers, long term investors, and anyone in-between.
