Bigdash Ice Cream & Pastries – Frisco

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bigdash Ice Cream and Pastries, and I am delighted to share my experience. The establishment boasts an exceptional range of desserts, with each item crafted to perfection. The ice cream and pastries were not only delicious but also showcased an impressive blend of flavors and textures. The ambiance of the place was both welcoming and well-organized, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff were attentive and professional, further enhancing the overall experience. Bigdash Ice Cream and Pastries is truly a standout destination for anyone seeking high-quality desserts in a refined setting. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning soon.

Excellent location. Easy parking and access. Very wide variety of sweets and ice cream. Good indoor seating and an outdoor area for when it’s finally pleasant enough to sit outside. Highly recommended.

We ordered the house specialty, Kinafa with ice cream, and I must say it was delicious The pastry collection was too tempting to resist 🤤 so I also got a Black Forest cake and Lazy cake. It was our first time trying Kinafa, and we absolutely loved it ❤️ The Lazy cake, made with chocolate, was on another level of heavenly delight. The Black Forest cake tasted great, different and unique from any others we’ve had so far! The ambiance was nice, with plenty of seating and great staff. Upon arrival, a kind staff member asked if it was our first visit. When we said yes, he quickly explained all the different varieties available and recommended trying the Kinafa. There are plenty of options available, including Baklava, Crepes, Ice creams, Turkish coffee, and many more items. It’s a must-visit place if you haven’t already. Dessert lovers have to try this spot! We look forward to returning and trying other items next time.

If you haven’t been here yet, drop what you are doing and RUN there! This place is amazing! We had pistachio and mango ice cream, red Knafa, caramel pudding cup, tiramisu cup, karak tea, coffee and sticky caramel cake. Someone say yum! The atmosphere, the crowds it pulls, it’s literally a hang out spot. Make sure you before it gets crowded (I call it dessert happy hour :-) ). I can’t wait to be back.

Dessert is authentic & tasty. So many options. Loved the kunafe, baklavas and karak tea. Prices are somewhat high. Service is okay, they seem quite confused back there even though we're given a number for the table. One thing we hated was it smelled so bad inside, like sewer, bathroom overflowing, idk. But it was unappealing to sit inside and eat our dessert. You do get used to it after awhile but I would rather to take out next time. They have outdoor seating and a sunroom area but the sunroom has so many flies. The trash in the restaurant was overflowing which probably contributes to the flies inside and the awful smell. Tables were all dirty.
