Alexis Pettway was extremely rude and demanding. Everytime I asked her a question, she was very demeaning. I expected more from eXp Realty and I plan on taking my business elsewhere because of HER. Train your employees better on how to actually speak to clients. I have never met anyone so unprofessional.

Worked with Ron and from the moment I arrived at the property to lease I could tell I wasn’t what he expected. He said less than five words to me during the tour of the home. I asked about application process and fees he was very dry and unwelcoming. I offered to send him my email for the application and his reply was sure. I sent him the email and I still have not received the application. It’s clear that I’m not the “target audience” for this particular home.

I called Wade Hunter and left a voicemail several times to inquire about one of his listings located in Lissie, TX. He never called me back. I went to check the property on my own and find out that the water well pump was running non-stop so I called him once again and left a message, I even texted him to inform him about the situation and he never took the time to replied nor to called me back. I don't know how long he been in the real estate business but he acted so unprofessional. I am totally disappointed by the way the works. I totally don't recommend him at all.

Want the WORST realtor, that’s super shady and does the complete bare minimum Gina Thayer is the realtor for you. She’s a horrible realtor & landlord. Communication is piss poor, she throws in additional fees that a verbal conversation. To cover your own behind PLEASE keep every conversation you’ve ever had with this realtor, record the conversation, (it’s not illegal in Texas you only need one party consent) read the fine print range every precaution necessary for yourself when dealing with this realtor. If you’re renting 6511 Santa Rita Dr from her please be aware the master closet NEVER had light she will tell you the light do not work & still try to charge you for it. The right hand side of the garage does not open. Property has no garage openers whatsoever. The kitchen has no vent for when you’re cooking your food, check all places that did not have a light bulb before moving in, she will charge for bulbs that never existed. In addition the pipes in the second bathroom came as is, so mark that on the inventory sheet she will try to charge you for the damage that was done before giving you the property. Also every handy man she sends out already cuts corners for her. The dishwasher needs replacement along with the garbage disposal, dishwasher is filthy first handyman came out & told the truth that it needed replacement MONTHS ago. Gina did not like his feedback & she back to original handyman who did a quick look over & said it’s fine. Make sure those conversations with the handyman when coming to the property you record as well to cover yourself. If you can refrain from doing business with Gina Thayer at all cost. Save yourself the headache

Ramon Madden was my realtor. This man worked day and night for months to ensure that I had a place to call home. Omg he took me to see so many houses. Allowed me to be picky and petty as much as I needed to be. Through it all at the very last minute we found a house that I liked. Thank you Mr Madden you are truly amazing and humble. If anyone needs a realtor he is the one you want to deal with. He will have your best interests at heart. If I have any family, friends or acquaintances that need a awesome realtor I most definitely will be sending them your way. Thanks again.
