3 months agoThis review is for the prepared foods/restaurant. They have a grocery store, halal butcher section and halal foods section. The food selection is huge, everything from lamb ouzi to chicken shawarma. They have a large selection of dips and salad to choose from as well, hummus, baba ganoush and tabbouleh. We had the beef/lamb kebab plate. The kebabs are some of the best in Seattle, definitely recommend you try them. The bread is freshly prepared and warm - goes great with the dips. The pistachio baklava is pretty good too.

2 months agoThis place used to be five stars but no more. Slow customer service. Ordering food and paying for it is a nightmare there. One person as a cashier for the whole place in addition to taking orders and answering phone calls ???? This is crazy. They need a second cashier for the groceries and meat in a different section than the kitchen area and let Zainab be in charge of the kitchen transactions only. One person can't do it all. It's very stressful process that reflects on poor customer service. There is not even enough room on the counter to put food or groceries. You can do better than that.

2 months agoDisappointing Customer Service and Hygiene Concerns I recently visited this location to purchase some meat and was disappointed by the overall experience. The employees were loudly shouting at each other, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Despite waiting for 15-20 minutes, there was no proper acknowledgment or respect shown to us as customers. Additionally, I observed concerning hygiene practices. Some employees were chewing gum while serving customers, which I found unprofessional. Their hair was left uncovered, and they were wearing jewelry while handling food. This made me question the cleanliness of the service. Overall, the customer service and hygiene standards at this location need significant improvement. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes to provide a better experience for future customers.

7 months agoByblos Middle Eastern Restaurant and Market offers an exquisite array of traditional dishes that are sure to delight. The Hummus and Baba Ganoush are creamy and rich in flavor, while the Falafel strikes the perfect balance between crispy and tender. Their Shawarma, a must-try, is expertly marinated, paired with a divine garlic sauce. The market section complements the dining experience beautifully, stocked with authentic ingredients like rare spices and fresh pita for those inspired to cook Middle Eastern dishes at home. The service is top-notch, with friendly, knowledgeable staff making every visit memorable. Byblos isn't just a mealโit's a culinary journey, perfect for both aficionados and newcomers to Middle Eastern cuisine.

8 months agoIs it weird that I could drink the garlic sauce? We ordered the shish kebab plate, a chicken shawarma sandwich (we got a plate but I was not mad about it), a delightful beef filled pastry, and a piece of bread. It was delightful. I live in the salty taste so the rice and shish kebab could have been saltier for my taste buds but I could not deny the quality of the food. Everything was top tier. I rarely order chicken but I am glad I ordered it here. It was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The hummus was the best we have ever had. I am looking forward to going back. Parking and seating was plenty. The customer service was top tier! Love finding gems like this place!
