a week agoWhen you have an appt scheduled 2 months out with your primary and they cancel it without notification and give it to someone else. Then have the audacity to say too bad your appt is gone and try to schedule you with someone else. People want to see their primary for a reason. Duh they know your medical history. Then they try and lie to you and say you rescheduled it for the next day when that was never a discussion with the call center. Thatโs the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Why would I cancel an appt with my primary to schedule for the next day with someone who knows nothing about me? Lies and more lies.

5 months ago5 stars for My Dr. Bortner at this office. He is one of the most caring Dr.s I've ever had. He really listens and is concerned about his patients. 5 stars for the Chiropractor, also the phlebotomist are nice.1 star for parking, I'm disabled and can't walk far. I get there sometimes a half an hour early and there isn't any parking, there's people waiting for a spot. A lot of times there are people parked in the handicap spots without placards. I would be 15 minutes late and can't be seen. I can't sit in my car for too long to do to my pain. They want me to come an hour early to wait for a spot? I've already complained about the handicap spots.

2 months agoWe spent over half an hour to find a parking and try to make it to the appointment time, but they said that we were late 5 minutes ,we tried to explain they were not helpful, we made our child to stay home from school because of that but they are merciless.

8 months agoSo far so good. ๐๐ฝ keep up the good work. I was able to get excellent medical advice, referrals, medication. They are very busy in the morning. Parking might be a challenge. But the communication by the doctors and staff was top notch.

a year agoThe worst clinic office I've ever visited. They only have a few parking spaces, and those on the streets are all taken, so you have to drive around to find one. My appointment was at 8:50 am, but I had to search for parking places after driving 12 miles. By the time I arrived to the clinic, it was 8:59 am, and they informed me that I was running late. I described the matter to them, but they only offered me two options: wait by walking, which would take somewhere between one and four hours, or reschedule, even though my appointment was merely for a TB test. First of all, I didnโt need to see the doctor but they were telling he has to see you and request for you. Itโs okay, I get it. But how long would it takes him to do it, itโs not like heโs dong the but they have lab which they are oneโs doing the test. I talked to the manager she is ignorant and kept giving those two option. I'm curious how you could pretend to be an assistance when that isn't the case. Itโs something else they are looking forward to.
