Chuck has nearly a decade of experience that has included virtually all aspects of labor and employment law. Chuck’s trial and investigative experience as a field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board and his broad private sector experience in labor and employment law provide him a unique and well-informed approach to clients most pressing labor and employment challenges. He is particularly adept at collective bargaining, internal investigations, arbitration of disputes, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board.
Chuck is also well versed in immigration enforcement and compliance matters, having represented clients in federal courts and before the Department of Justice’s Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer and Immigrant and Employee Rights Section.
Chuck maintains an active pro bono practice, including work in the areas of voting rights, asylum, and assisting non-profit organizations with labor and employment matters. He recently submitted an amicus curiae brief to the United States Supreme Court on behalf of faith-based organizations located throughout the country.
