6 months agoLinda Spirtos had scheduled a viewing with the house I have for sale. Scheduled it early in the morning and was a no show along with not communicating they were not going to show up. Completely unprofessional I will not be selling or approving any viewings from anyone of their team members. If this is the type of individuals they have working for them.

7 months agoDealing with her agent Vanessa was a nightmare. Vanessa was so deceptive. She thought she could charm me into signing my name without reading the details. Vanessa is crooked! You all, don't fall for these realtors just because they quote Bible verses and talk Church talk. They usually have a hidden agenda. Vanessa is crooked! She came to me with her breast completely exposed. When I read the contract, she had placed a period in the place of a comma. Vanessa is crooked and deceptive!!!

6 months agoNadia carton owes out company money she is a scammer and had out tech do work and not pay, we have spoken with the owners of the home and the owners of this company Martha turner and not one of them was planning to pay us. The lady who is a scammer and not be trusted is Nadia carton she was looking for a minority company to screw over the whole time we have reached out to her several times.

She walked with us and kept us informed every step of the way from our first meeting to closing on the house. Her dedication is amazing- I sent her an email late one evening thinking she would see it early the next morning and I was surprised by an immediate response. She has a great personality for her job, keeping us laughing in some challenging moments. We felt the benefits of her vast experience and skill.
