Damaskino

My partner and I were just driving through Jacksonville, looking for somewhere new to eat that wasnt a typical chain restaurant. We are sooo happy we found Damaskino! Food was absolutely delicious and plentiful, good music and vibes inside, and the workers were so kind. We saw so many locals pop in just to say hi too, thats how you know its a great business run by great people. Hopefully we'll be back to try some new things! We ordered the lamb kabab platter and the mixed sharma platter. The lentil soup was amazing as well :)

This was my first time experiencing this place and I must say it was a WIN! I started with something simple and I got the chicken shawarma plate. I was shocked with how big the portions are. You truly get alot of food. It was hot, fresh and very tasty. The pickled condiments were good, the garlic sauce was good and the grape leaves were amazing. I will be back to try more food for sure. The staff was also very friendly as well

This place is a absolutely amazing. The people are so kind and the food is delicious! I wish we lived closer. I'd absolutely be a regular. We got the mixed platter and the shawarma platter and couldn't have been happier!

I know it is a bit late to write this review, but I lost the name of it and just found it. We visited Jacksonville back in May 2024 and we were referred to this Shawarma place. It was very short visit and we were really full, so we asked them to make us some Shawarma to take back with us. At home we were amazed by how good was it, imagine if it tasted that good after a flight, then how would it be at the moment. Highly recommend it and definitely would come back again.

Big portions and tasty food! The chicken shawarma, beef and chicken kebabs were all delicious. Chicken and beef weee perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful.
