>David is a highly educated lawyer and has studied common law in two different jurisdictions. David was called to the Ontario bar in 2020 and has a strong background in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Arbitration, and Civil Litigation.
While completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology at Wilfrid Laurier University, David worked at a real estate and business law firm, where he decided to pursue his ambitions of becoming a lawyer. David then went to England to complete an Honours Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Exeter, a prestigious Russell Group university, where he was heavily involved with the professors and extracurricular programs. While at the University of Exeter, David published multiple legal articles and received the Contributor of the Year Award. David also participated in an Access to Justice Clinic where he provided pro bono legal advice weekly to members of the public that could not afford it. David then returned to Toronto, where he completed a Master of Laws degree at Osgoode Hall Law School, one of Canada’s most prestigious law schools. While at Osgoode, David volunteered for the Scribe Program, where he was responsible for taking notes for students with disabilities.
Throughout David’s previous work, he gained extensive commercial law and civil litigation experience, attending matters Canada-wide, where he focused on agreement disputes and product liability cases. David has made numerous appearances in Ontario Courts and has also made appearances in British Columbia and Alberta, where he successfully represented large corporations. David also has a large amount of experience with advising businesses and negotiating commercial agreements with international corporations.
In David’s spare time, he enjoys salsa dancing and spending time with his friends and family. David also enjoys learning languages and has a basic understanding of both Arabic and Russian.

6 months agoDavid Boulos is great! One of the greatest attorneys Iโve ever had the pleasure of working with. No one wanted to listen or help us out. he took the time to explain everything to us, and most of all he actually cared about us. A little backstory we were involved in a head-on collision. We were hit by a careless driver. My wife and my two kids and I were in the vehicle at the time of the accident it was horrible. I really felt like I lost everything I was out of work and physically, hurt and emotionally devastated if it wasnโt for the intervention of God and the expertise of David, we wouldโve never been able to overcome this horrible accident! In the end, it took a long battle, but it was worth the fight. David got us the compensation we deserved and ultimately he gave us our lifeโs back.
