David concentrates his practice of law on health care litigation and the defense of medical malpractice matters, including the representation of major healthcare and hospital networks, physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, hospital employees, administrators, directors, and officers. His practice also covers a broad range of issues involving administrative malpractice, general negligence, employment law, licensing and credentialing, and administrative professional discipline. He is often involved in complex, high stakes litigation in numerous federal and state jurisdictions throughout the country.
Additionally, David counsels healthcare networks, their facilities, and providers on a variety of regulatory, privacy, compliance, risk management, contract, technology, and other day-to-day business matters.
He provides general counsel services and other legal representation for healthcare organizations and is often invited to speak at continuing legal and medical education programs and as a guest lecturer at hospitals, medical schools, physician assistant programs, nursing schools, and residency programs.
David completed the intensive program of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) National Trial College at Harvard Law School.
He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York. David was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in New Jersey from 2017 through 2021.
