    David and Bridgett recently helped me sell my house in Morgan Hill. Great experience end-to-end. The property got a significant amount of traffic during the open houses and sold in just 45 days. They are very efficient and have a good network of vendors (handyman, stager, home inspector, etc.), which made the process relatively painless. I was hoping they'd bring in more buyers through word of mouth. Also, the communication could've been more proactive but when I had a query, they were super responsive. I'd definitely use them again!

    There are people who talk the talk and there are others who walk the walk. I decided to sell my home and asked a colleague for a couple broker referrals in my area. I interviewed two teams and was impressed with the professionalism of both, but I was far more impressed with David Zariaโ€™s game plan. He came with his agent, Bridgett Babb who, like David, was knowledgeable and approachable. They were well prepared and had a strategy with a more positive methodology which also made sense. I was promised they offered a level of service second to none and my gut told me they were the right choice. When they made that promise to me, they were not kidding. How many businesspeople far exceed your expectations? They didnโ€™t just manage the process, they managed me in a gentle way always demonstrating they were looking out for my best interests. I felt safe and confident this sale was going to happen. Guess what, it did. It happened in a little over a week and I received $50k over the asking price in a transitional market because I listened to them and followed their plan.
