a month agoHad a home listed for Sale and Anani d'Almeida of The Bridge Realty was representing the buyer. I will state I am a frequent buyer and occasional seller of real estate so very familiar with the process. We had a signed contract complete with closing date. Shortly before closing I was told buyer was switching mortgage companies and needed to push closing back. Why? Then I was told they were not going to perform on the contract. I called Arman Oskooi who I was told is Branch Manager. Explained that Earnest Money is for buyer to show commitment and to cover seller's expenses if buyer doesn't perform. He had little interest in hearing what I had to say and said he would only speak with agent. I signed release of earnest money as I had already lost 4 weeks and needed to get house back on market. I have had numerous other transactions involving the Bridge Realty and find their agents uneducated and loose in their commitments and due dates. I won't participate in any more transactions if Bridge Realty represents a party to the transaction.

a month agoThe buyers agent my family and I are dealing with right now is from the Bridge Realty office in Bloomington. Apparently it is okay for their agents to ignore calls, texts, emails from the listing agent, not submit the earnest deposit within the timeframe outlined in the PA, fail to explain the PA to their buyer, and then try to cancel the PA without following the legal aspects of the PA. Thus leaving sellers in a legal limbo and hardship. Think twice if you receive an offer from Bridge Realty, especially from an agent E. Omar. I already filed a complaint online with the MN Commerce Mortgage and Real Estate transactions about this situation.

5 months agoMy boyfriend and I worked with Karl Elfstrom at Bridge Realty and had an amazing experience!! Karl helped us purchase our home in a competitive market with multiple offers. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly in answering all of our questions- we never felt like a question was a โdumb question.โ We had Karl as our agent for selling our condo as well and he made it a peaceful process. Through both the sale and purchase of our new home, Karl was very professional and had a great attitude. We loved working with Karl and would highly recommend having him as your real estate agent!

6 months agoMy husband and I recently purchased a home where Adam Rein was the sellerโs Agent and General Contractor. He forced us into a carpet we didnโt want due to a mold issue that he waited to tell us about until 2 days prior to closing (when our purchase agreement stated he had to notify us 5 days prior). Additionally, Adam has not paid for the 1 year home warranty through Cinch that he stated he was purchasing for us. We have been living in our new home for 3 months now and he claims he sent in a check but Cinch has no record of payment and Adam will not provide us with proof of payment and is now ignoring our calls. If any of this gets rectified, I would happily update my review, but until then, I would recommend home buyers AND sellers to STAY AWAY from Bridge Realty and especially Adam Rein!
