The worst!!! We moved into one of their properties about 8 months ago and when we had a storm come through the garage door started giving us issues in which I called to get a maintenance check and the guy charged $150 or so. Well the next day I went to go check my portal to find out I was being charged $100 for a damage we didn’t even do and it is a wear and tear for a house that is being rented!!! Anyways, yes it is stated in our contract but that is ridiculous to have to pay on a house that is not even mine! Smh can’t wait to get out this contract! Run! They’ll charge you any chance they get!

Heather set it all up a few days notice for HVAC man to check and maintain, HVAC. He showed up on time and ready to CK and maintain my unit!! He was professional from the beginning to the end of maintaining my HVAC unit, sincerely thankful to him and property management!
