2 years agoIโve always felt very rushed and brushed off. For years I was being told my symptoms were anxiety.. when Iโm reality I have RRMS. I was in the mist of a terrible flare up hardly able to walk when he asked me โdo you think your bipolar?โ WHAT! ? Iโm extremely skeptical of going back. May find a new pcp

5 years agoIf I have an option with no star I will pick that. This morning I drop my cousin at the office. My cousin got a question about the form. The lady at the front desk was giving her a hard time. My cousin ask about the question on the form and that lady said " wait I don't have time" so my cousin called me and also send me a pic of the form. So I help her fill out the form. Then the lady at the front desk said this to my cousin " you need to come back with someone who can speak English bc I won't serve you if you can't speak English". My cousin doesn't speak English well as I am but she been running her nails salon for over 13 years. ever single customer of her understand her and how come she can't?. I found the lady at the front desk is very races. The worst service ever and very races.

2 years agoI called at 9:00 am and 10:30 am and left messages to be seen. After they closed they called me at 4:30 pm. Not happy. Had to go to Express Care. If this happens again I will seek another doctor.

4 years agoI have nothing for Dr Mikhail except he is a very good dr. Followed him to his new practice on n.p.blvd from the medical center on merritt blvd...been with him for a good many years
