As a member of the Trial Section, Diana focuses her practice on general commercial litigation. She handles all aspects of a case starting from initial assessment, discovery and depositions, through trial and everything in between. She also represents clients in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Moye White, Diana served as a Deputy District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District, comprised of Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln Counties. Diana was in the specialty Domestic Violence Unit, where she handled a voluminous felony docket. During her tenure at the DA’s office, Diana worked tirelessly to advocate and seek justice for victims in her cases. In connection with those efforts, she conducted more than 30 trials before a jury and prepared over 100 trials during her tenure at the DA’s office. She also spent much of her time in courtrooms conducting hearings, motions, and various proceedings.
In light of her experience and skill in the courtroom, Diana served as an Adjunct Professor at Denver Law School, where she taught trial practice, and evidence concentrated courses. Before joining the DA’s Office, Diana also worked as the Assistant Director of the Center for Advocacy at Denver Law where she formulated different programs to prepare law students for the practice of law. During the early stages of her legal career, Diana also worked at other law firms where she represented small businesses, advised on employment law issues, handled complex construction defect, and eminent domain litigation.
Diana is fluent in Arabic. In her spare time, Diana enjoys cooking and attempting to explore the outdoors, but mostly spending time with her friends and family.
