Serve as lead counsel to global media, technology and direct-to-consumer business and its multiple subsidiaries [including print and digital content, live events, programming, merchandising, advertising, gaming in the areas of automotive and adventure sports] focused on effective risk management and promoting business initiatives and growth through strategic counseling across 60 brands.
Provide legal and business advice across a spectrum of areas including corporate and business [joint ventures and mergers/acquisitions], licensing and regulatory compliance, intellectual property and technology, event and video production.
Engage in business strategy and development; Identify and evaluate potential issues with operational concerns and guide executives towards solving them; Support and collaborate with business teams to accelerate growth and translate vision into functional reality.
