I am extremely happy and satisfied with Dr. Alamir's care. He is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. He listens and is very compassionate. So glad to have him manage my care.
Dr. Alamir is a kind and caring physician. He takes time to listen to you and have a dialogue with you about your concerns. Although sometimes he gets behind schedule, I never ever feel rushed when itโs my turn to see him. Heโs methodical and thorough in diagnosing and treating you. I feel Iโm in good hands with Dr. Alamir when it comes to my medical care. Also, his staff has been friendly and helpful when Iโve had questions.
Dr Alamir is an AMAZING DOCTOR. I just wish he would disconnect from this medical group, the Tempe location and Mesa. THESE OFFICES ARE HORRIBLE. The staff never answers the phones no matter what time of day it is. I've been trying to get in contact with someone for literally 2 years. Leave messages and emails and NO ONE EVER CONTACTS YOU BACK.Its horrible. I saw Dr Alamir twice and could never schedule a followup. He prescribed me meds and when i needed a refill, because they are controlled drugs and needed authorization and Yep you guessed it... Could NEVER get in touch with the office, the pharmacists even tried and never heard back. This attitude and negligence can be fatal. I've been battling my Graves Disease with little to no care and have ended up in the hospital several times because its so uncontrolled. Been struggling to find a knowledgeable doctor since. If Dr Alamir ever moves to a different practice I would be his patient again in a heartbeat. Management there really needs to fire every office staff in the Tempe office. Hire some folks that really care about people and their healthcare and that are happy to do their job. Mesa office is always understaffed and over worked with long wait times and inconsistent contact too. Even going there in person they wont see you without an appointment. Labcorp is onsite so long wait to see Doctor and long wait for lab. Its ridiculous. I now drive several cities away just to receive care. I refused to go back to these offices with incompetent and uncaring office folk.
Dr. Alamir, MD, Face, is wonderful to work with he is concerned with your total health. He is very easy to discuss your options and goes out of his way to be sure you get the medicine needed for your recovery. He has excellent bed side manner and pays attention to your concerns. I am grateful to be under his care.
