a week agoWhat is the definition of EMERGENCY? emergency is an urgent, unexpected, and usually dangerous situation that poses an immediate risk to health, life, property, or environment and requires immediate action. Arrival time like around 5:30am, 2 hours before go into a room, in triage and 1 hour 20 minutes before they did urine and blood test along with CAT scan . 4h and 30min to get results. It took more than 8 hours to find out what was causing the pain, unacceptable.

a week agoThis was by far the worst hospital experience I've ever endured. I arrived at midnight and was placed in a room maybe about an hour later where a nurse inserted an IV to draw blood. To my disbelief, they then sent me back to the waiting room with the IV still in my arm. I endured discomfort and pain for hours until 4:20AM, with no further tests or medication given. Leaving the IV in my arm was not only unnecessary but also felt unsanitary and ridiculous, given that it served no purpose. When I requested its removal, the nurse said it couldnโt be done or they would have to insert another one for medication, which I accepted. Eventually, they removed it, but the fact that it remained in for so long without any use made the whole situation even more infuriating. I didnโt leave until 6 AM, and the entire ordeal was utterly unacceptable. If you can go to any other hospital definitely do, this is the worse hospital for emergencies.

a week agoI didn't want to give any stars. We were discharged from the hospital on Wednesday after a major surgery came back the same night at 11pm. It's Thursday 6pm why are we still in the emergency room holding room waiting for a room to come available. Unacceptable. Although ER staff were great waiting 19 plus hours for a room is insane. Recommended no one coming here if it'd a life and death situation!!!โ ๏ธ๐ Update it's been 33 hours still in the ER room no room assignment.

a week agoWorst experience ever in my life. Did an application with this hospital and interviewed everything went well then they rushed me to do dtug test, techno shot and all this . Background came back in 4 days I still heard nothing but a week later I get a call from onboarding stating unfortunately I canโt get the position because of something from 30 years ago on my background. Wow . I guess you canโt make any mistakes when youโre young with this company. Definitely a waste of my time. If I could give 0 stars I would ๐

Compassion for what you all do and taking care of your patients was unmatched. I am truly humbled and grateful for your dedicated service.
