5 months agoIt is flu season so it is understandable to have a wait. I waited for over an hour and barely talked to the provider for 5 minutes, if that. Almost felt rushed like they are trying to just get patients in and out of there. PA-C Cory didn’t even take a stethoscope to listen to my lungs. While my Covid and flu tests were negative I did have respiratory illness symptoms. I basically paid for a visit to be told to drink plenty of fluids and take ibuprofen and acetaminophen. Which I was already doing.

a month agoEveryone from Donna at the front desk, Holt, Katie, Emily, Dr. Hussein, the gentleman that took my blood and the pretty young lady with the purple hair at checkout, were all amazing, as well as staff I did not directly interact with. Everyone was in good spirits, efficient, friendly, cordial, and professional. I had a negative experience at a different hospital and would never go back. I am only and always going to patient first, first. Thank you for the great experience and excellent care 11 out of 10 would recommend!

in the last weekWent to the bathroom after waiting in a room for an hour and during that 45 second bathroom trip they marked down that I had left the office. Waited for another 30 minutes and asked when I would be seen. 30 minutes later someone tells me I’m good to go. I reply that I haven’t been seen yet. 30 minutes later I am finally seen. The doctor did apologize but no one seemed to care about all the time I wasted sitting in a room with the curtain open making eye contact with multiple staff the whole time.

2 weeks agoI didn't realize how badly I'd injured my right knee until I tried walking on it and found out I couldn't put any weight on it because it was too painful. The receptionist saw me get out of my vehicle and brought a wheelchair to me. I was so grateful to her! You have a wonderful staff at this location!

a month agoWait time in the lobby was 15 minutes. Poor response, as the place was quiet, and there was only one other person in the lobby to be seen besides me. Brought back to my room, where I was left for another 20 minutes, with personnel walking back and forth by my room, but no one acknowledging my pain, or when I would be seen. The PA who finally saw me was rude and uncaring. I was there for left hip and knee pain, and all she ordered for me was a steroid. I was in need of a narcotic to break the cycle of pain I was in. Just because I take osteoarthritis medication at home daily does not mean that I don't need something stronger to be prescribed after an injury. The PA truly needs to learn compassion, or move to another job. I have been a RN for the past 42 years, and I would never have treated my patients that way. The only reason I gave a rating of 2 was because the nurse and Radiology tech were very kind. Otherwise, the rating would have been lower.
