Dr. Ahmad L. Bailony

Dr. Ahmad Bailony is great at what he does. He has an impressive ability to connect with children. If your child is leery of going to the doctor’s office, like mine is, then you should give Dr. Ahmad Bailony a try. Plus it’s so clear he has a lot of energy and passion for the important work he does.

Let me start with this. Dr. Bailony (the son) is a great doctor. He always makes us feel comfortable and knows how to evaluate and assess the concerns and achievements for our baby girl. That man is the only reason why I'm giving 3 stars. If it was him running everything there, then for sure 5 stars. The reason why i deducted 2 stars is because making appointments is almost useless. Maybe half or a little over half of the appointments we had, we were left waiting 30 mins to 1 hour. But yet you still have to check in on time, and if you don't, well you get cancelled and then there's a fee i believe. And out of the front desk staff, I'd say 2 or 3 of them are very welcoming and accommodating. But the nice staff are usually never up front. And reason why I say this is because we have to make adjustments with our work scheds to go to these appointments only to find out that it will take too long just to get seen. I understand also that at times things could get backed up, but at least inform people when they come in. We as parents expect to be roomed at the appointment time or no later than 15 minutes after. NOT 1 HOUR LATER. Aside from parents adjusting work schedules, CHILDREN CAN GET RESTLESS, BORED, SLEEPY/GRUMPY AND START TO FUSS. So then that would make it hard for the nurses and doctors to do their job with ease. And then, when we asked what's going on, when will it be our turn, we get some eyes rolled and tones that sounded like they weren't interested in our inquiry. Very rude. I didn't want to write this review, but damn. Hope this changes.

I've been bringing my kids and then their kids here for years.. greatest doctor since doctor Joseph Joyner, who suggested Dr Bailony after Dr. Joyner went to Africa to help the needy peoples over there. TORBERT FAMILY

My kids loves the pediatrician. This family own practice listens to what you are saying and take it into consideration before a diagnosis. We would highly recommend.

Great doctor my son and daughter they love him and my all family like him he’s very very super nice doctor and he knows what he is doing he knows his job unlike other doctors thanks again please do what your doing .
