a year agoThe WORST experience of my life. They run a Mickey Mouse business here. First of all the Doctor doesnโt even see you itโs his PA. Sheโs nice but I mean why did I wait 2 weeks to see the doctor when I was going to see the PA. Then they gave me a date 3 weeks out from my initial appointment to get a call from the surgery center to schedule the surgery for my tonsil removal. Well that day came and no one called me. I called 3 times and they gave me the run around and said they were โbackedโ up and someone would call. They didnโt. Next day same situation. I mean I only called this many times because he was recommended for this surgery and adult tonsillectomy is a brutal recovery but dealing with these people was more of a headache then the healing would have been. Anyways I gave up this place is a joke. Going to another ENT.

2 years agoGoing to Dr. Makiโs office for my 2-year-old son has been such a pleasant experience with Ms. Priscilla, P.A. for my sonโ she throughly looks at my sonโs issue and takes the time to evaluate him multiple times to see the progress with his ears. They do truly care and explain every question in mind to make sure as a parent we are at ease with a proper care action plan. The Patient Care Coordinator, Annira S. has made our process easier with questions and appointments and is always responsive immediately with a call back and text. Thank you all for being a wonderful office with amazing attention and care - you make everything so easy and welcoming.

a year ago"WORST service ever." The Dr. are arrogant and think there the hot sh-- but know nothing I have pants older then both. They hire all these air head girls that I to busy fuzzing with there nails and lip gloss to help patient. This place was a zoo and they take more the 2 hours to call you to put in a room to wait for another two hour. Horrible place plus they look down on Black and brown folks. They acted like they where doing me a favor by seeing me. Stupid Government and insurance company for sending people here and Poor people who have to go there! TERRIBLE PLACE and People who work there!

2 years agoWe were recommended by a family member. I couldnโt be any happier. We are very pleased how well my sons surgery went. The best doctor ever. Now we are ready to schedule my husbandโs surgery with same doctor again. Thank you doctor.

10 months agoDr Maki is fine, but staff sometimes incompetent and unprofessional and complain about bad reviews, while the closest they've gotten to accountability is an "I'm sorry you feel that way" substitute for apology.
