9 months agoDr Latif is a horrible oncologist. My dad was referred to him by his primary doctor due to having an aggressive mass on his right scapula. Not once did Dr Latif order him a biopsy on the mass. I took my dad to the ER and there I complained until a biopsy was ordered by the hospital. Turns out by doing a biopsy on his right scapula he had stage 4 kidney cancer which had spread to the scapula and elsewhere. Then when given the results by Dr Latif he was just so cold and unsympathetic, even shaming my dad for not making eye contact with him after getting devastating news. My dad was sad and scared and was trying to process what we just found out and youโre going to call him out for looking down?!! Shame on you Dr Latif!! He gave him only two choices, comfort care or try to treat this cancer even after I had asked about doing chemo or radiation and the doctor said no. If you had only ordered him a biopsy when he first came to see you and instead of trying to push your chemo pill on my dad he might of not deteriorated so fast. Yes I know my dad was given a death sentence but when patients go to you to seek help try not to be so cold. Listen to your patients and be more caring to them. Cancer is scary so for your current and future patients please be more sympathetic to what they have and what they are going through. Sadly my dad passed away last week due to cancer that had spread everywhere and heโs not in pain anymore.

8 months agoI had a disappointing experience with Dr. Latif. He consistently failed to listen to my concerns, provide explanations, and displayed a dismissive attitude towards me. It's crucial for a healthcare professional to prioritize communication and empathy, qualities that were sorely lacking.

2 years agoDr. Latif is an exceptional Doctor. Can't say the same for the receptionists. Can't get simple appointments or ask questions they put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time.
