The ER drs are very dismissive and don't care at all. I've been in the ER several times, one of which being for what turned out to be a level 3 liver laceration. I had to convince the Dr to do blood tests AFTER he told me I was being discharged and they immediately rushed me to an ER with a trauma department where I was well taken care of (Sutter Davis). I have been treated rudely other times as well, my pain being diminished and being told to "just take tylenol" or that its just anxiety. Funny enough after switching to a different hospital I no longer go to the ER at all because I feel taken care of and as though I'm being taken seriously ie I no longer develop symptoms so bad that I need immediate care because my pain is so bad I can't drive or walk long distances. In my opinion, the PCPs are not great but not terrible, the ER is AWFUL, and the people who make appointments are extremely rude. I'd save your time and go somewhere else, I wish I had done that years ago. I will say the 1 single star is for the specialty drs and surgeons who I think are very good and very caring.
Iโm leaving this review because I had to see the doctors from this hospital for two years while we were stationed at Travis Air Force Base. I was assigned to Dr. Colucci and he has been by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. My first experience was back in 2022 when I had to visit the hospital due to knee injury, I requested work paperwork since I could barely walk and he stated that I was fine when I wasnโt. Then my last visit was recently since I was trying to get an ultrasound or a referral to a specialist. They were never able to get me to the specialist. Additionally, I had pregnant friends that will go to hospital to get their check ups to make sure everything was right and they would make my friends cry because they wore comfortable clothes to the appointment. Iโm so happy we are out and donโt have to go to this military hospital
Everyone is so helpful and nice at David Grant Medical Center. The Doctors actually listen to you and help figure out a solution to what ails you. I am extremely grateful for this Medical Center
This review is only for the regular clerks at the registration/appointment desk in Family Medicine. They are always extremely rude, to the extent of eye rolling and being unprofessional, just not helpful and seem to be more caught up and worried about their own personal conversations rather than helping patients.

2 weeks agoWhy does it take so long to be seen at this clinic? They scheduled me two months out and I get seen sooner.
