a year agoWaited 30 days for my appointment with Dr Qureshi who was referred to me by my friend who works with the dr. Drove 2 hours from Bryan tx while it was thundering and raining and I called while on my way to see if itโs fine to be late 15 min, they said yes the dr is fine with that. While figuring out the parking spot and the elevator, I showed up 5 min late to the 15 and the doctor refused to see me. I would not be disappointed if they told me before I drove that they will not be able to see me if I am 1 min late extra. I understand that the doctor is busy and has to leave early, but some empathy and appreciation for your client who is driving from another city would make a difference

5 years agoDo not waste your time and money seeing Dr. Mittadodla. She initially seemed like she was trying and listening. But then we didn't receive follow up calls for test results. We also had tests done wrong, not following through with Dr. written instruction. They even told us that they screwed up on a glucose test. They don't follow up with you for low or high test results in a timely manner. Its like the Doctors don't care. Also some of her staff can be rude and unprofessional. She didn't seem to care and said we can get a second opinion multiple times. You will wait any where from 20 to 50 minutes before you are seen. The online patient portal we were not told about and isn't helpful. Side note parking is limited and you can park next door to the East at the storage place if you do go.

6 years agoDo not waste your time and money with this doctor. Rude and unprofessional staff. First visit i waited 2.5 hrs before complained the i was rush in and saw the doctor for 5 minutes. 2nd visit was the worst i ever had. Was asked to wait in building lobby with no chair to set. Andrea and office manager Roxoan were not just rude to me and other patients but UPS Lady who was trying to deliver medicine. They over billed my insurance. They don't have online patient portal either so you can't check your records. Which required by law now.

4 years agoDr. Al-Karadsheh has been my endocrinologist for many years now. He is a wonderful physician who manages my diabetes and thyroid issues. It is convenient having the blood test right there in his office.
