posting for my niece, Julie, who saw Dr. Balki for sacroiliac pain and many tests. Julie was very well taken care of by all the staff and by this amazing Dr. Balki. Listens patiently, is sharp and proactive in providing care. Staff not rushed or hectic - this office is a pleasant experience for a patient. Wish there could be more physicians like Dr. Amro Balki

I have been a patient in this practice for many years. Both Dr. Troum and Dr. Balki are excellent physicians. Dr. Balki diagnosed and is successfully treating a complex autoimmune disorder and has gone above and beyond to advise and guide me toward finding care for other neurological complications that are not part of his speciality. He is responsive, compassionate, thorough and always explains everything to me. He also keeps meticulous electronic records that have made coordinating care very smooth. He has a sense of humor and a sense of humility. I can't imagine being in better hands. Noticed a complaint about the staff, which runs completely counter to my long experience with this office. They are always polite, civil, low-key and careful to answer questions. Yes everyone can have a bad day but I've never seen it, not in over 5 years.

Exceptional experience. Staff was friendly and efficient, and I spent fewer than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Balki was attentive and took the time to understand my concerns and explain his assessment to me. Highly recommend.

I began going to see Dr. Balki for treatment of psoriatic arthritis back in 2018 and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, honest and kind. Dr. Balki always takes the time to talk with me and always addresses any issues and concerns. I couldn't be happier with my treatment plan and the level of care I have received. With Dr. Balki, you are not just a number or a chart, he genuinely cares about helping people. The office staff, nurses and technicians are all amazing as well!

I was refereed to Dr. Elbalkhi and was nervous to get a diagnosis for my symptoms with a new doctor. At the end of my first appointment, I was completely reassured that I was in good hands. He knows his stuff, but most importantly to me, he has an excellent bedside manor. I felt taken care of and all my questions were answered. He took the time to make sure I felt comfortable as he could see how nervous I was. His office staff is also amazing and all messages are returned in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
