My two daughters received a most need it dental treatment. They were professional and extremely helpful. My teenager had two broken front teeth and the result after the treatment was flawless. Their empathy and willingness to get them in for treatment as soon as they could showed tremendous kindness. I will recommend this wonderful group of excellent dentists any time.

I found this dentist location and was so excited because the cost for the work my daughter needed done was super affordable as we have no insurance and do not qualify for assistance. I was pleasantly surprised at the facility and the actual care given. My 8 year old daughter has had 2 appts here. One an exam and cleaning and the second for extraction. The front desk girls are nice and super helpful (one helped me charge my phone so I could use my GPS to get home)! Really, very nice staff, and the work provided was good also. My ONLY complaint - and it's a big one - is that they are NOT ALLOWING parents to be with their minor children during procedures. I can *maybe* understand for a cleaning when nothing is administered, but I was not allowed back with my daughter either time. They say it's "coronavirus protocol". My daughter is 8 and was absolutely terrified to be alone, naturally. She had to be alone while they administered nitrous and gave some novocaine AND while they pulled the tooth. Parents of small children should not have to send their kids ALONE to have drugs administered and to have teeth physically pulled. I asked and they told me if she was under 4 I could go back with her. Last I checked, 8 was still a very young minor and this was her first dental experience. I will say they did a good job, and seemed to make her feel comfortable, but it rubbed me so so wrong that I was not allowed to be with my child for her procedures. Not even a corner of the room where I could just watch. I think this protocol is an overreach and hope to see this changed in the future. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars to this dentist office is solely for the reason that they refuse to allow parents in with their young children. The rest of my experience was good and they are very affordable w/out dental coverage. If this protocol is changed in the future, I will change the review to reflect more stars. I do think this is something parents should know.

I took my kids here not knowing what to expect. 1st time here and all of the staff was super nice and friendly. They made my kids feel comfortable and at ease they were not scared at all. You will be happy knowing they are helping you with your children getting the care they need for their teeth. I definatley reccomend this Dental place to all my friends.

I came to Parsons to get braces and have had a very traumatic experience. They have lost my charts and have failed to be transparent with me about certain procedures (they wanted x-rays and failed to mention to me prior to appointment as I have several ear piercings, bonding/retainers, almost forgot to give me a retainer case which they later gave it to me in the parking lot). Only few of the staff are friendly and professional like this one lady there with super curly hair of Hispanic descent. Majority of the staff are unprofessional and have given me rude remarks. One instance a woman there said I would end up getting dentures. She also commented on how my acrylic nails were done and that I should focus more on my taking care of my teeth. On my very last visit, there was an influx of people in the lobby. As there is a pandemic, I told the secretary that I would wait outside (and for her to call me when it was my turn). I was later then called in, the man that was working on removing my braces joked with the โ€œbossโ€ or main orthodontist (this old white guy) โ€œoh wellโ€ โ€œI guess we canโ€™t work on her since she has a mask on.โ€ These were only some of the unprofessional instances that happened to me. Each time I went inside Parsons, I felt sick and uncomfortable. Never will be going back. A depressing experience.
