This office has gone down hill.. as a medical professional there are things that were not done right. Dr never wiped the vial top with alcohol before drawing up medication for back injections.. I had three spots and he used a alcohol swab for one of the three and a simple wipe and did the injection.. it was not sterile in any shape or form. The office staff are not always nice.. and you end up sitting here all day long

I’ve been going here at least 3 years and have never had any issues with staff or doctors.... I won’t be going anywhere until I’m healed. Staff is professional and the doctors are the best I’ve been to in 15 years. UPDATE: Dr Shalaby sold this business to a sports pain clinic. This new doctor is nothing like Shalaby. She has changed the whole business and not in a good way. Many patients I’ve talked to are seeking other help. I myself will not be going again. I don’t need a doctor playing doctor. Stay away if you are looking for someone to help you.

I am almost afraid to put a review here. Since Dr Shalaby left things have happened to me & other patients that make us upset! I have seen patients yell & ask for their records so they can leave. Office staff have been overwhelmed with their work & sometimes the patients suffer due to this. The new office doesn't even have an answering service.

I wish I could leave 2 different reviews bc some of the office staff have been horrible and I'd leave a 1 star...however the doctors have always been great. The dr my dad sees really seems to care about his patients and rectified a situation that his staff put my dad in. Never had a problem with the doctors but the staff is disrespectful.

This office has the most unprofessional staff I have ever experienced at any level of medical care! The secretaries have taken on answering medical questions and making medical decisions! Mustafa is a coward who also lies and fabricates things! I was upset about misinformation given to me by his staff and when I asked for a copy of my contract I was instead discharged for using a curse word! No medication no explanation no nothing! They verbally advised me to break a contract I agreed to by getting pain medication from the hospital when clearly I signed stating I would not do so! The office staff is very rude and their customer service is below what you’d expect at a burger joint! If you want pills go here but if you want your health cared for and time taken to explain things to you and changes made when others Drs have recommended so because of medicine you are on due to a heart attack and the medicine interactions in a dangerous way with your liver than these are your folks!!!! Hopefully by my complaints with the Md Board shuts them down
