I had the pleasure of speaking with Alicia Zhang (Bio-stat director at Amgen, Thousand Oaks, 91320-CA). I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service she provided. From our very first interaction, Alicia was incredibly helpful, courteous, and efficient in addressing my needs. She promptly forwarded my inquiry to the appropriate department, and they were able to resolve my issue promptly. It's refreshing to encounter such exceptional customer service, and Alicia's professionalism and friendliness made a significant difference in my experience with Amgen. I highly appreciate her assistance and the efficiency with which my query was handled. Thank you, Alicia, and Amgen, for going above and beyond to assist your customers. I will certainly keep Amgen in mind for any future needs, thanks to the outstanding service I received. Keep up the great work!

In Amgen's Center for Observational Research (CFOR), they don't evaluate employees performance fairly or objectively. They actually fire people with out notifying them, which is quite rude. They don't take the time to get to know you professionally as an employee, or discuss your performance with you. Sometimes they'll ask you to do more work than is necessary. If you complain about something, even if only once, they probably will hold it against you, even if your complaint is valid.

I'd would just like to share some information on one of your employee Marisol Chavez Ramos unethical I'm sure you wouldn't want someone like her to be representing your company. Claiming she would not care and would let them die... Not only that and being racist as well... telling the person to go back to Mexico.

Great company. I loved their open floor plan and no walls policy. Beautiful settings, very modern furniture, nice outdoors with trees, good pay and nice people. Pretty far to drive to work everyday.
