Do not see this doctor and anyone affiliated with optum. An absolute joke of a medical staff and office. Letโs go down their rabbit hole. Standard medical office practice, referral sent, office receives, calls you, and you set up appointment, simple right? Noooot with this lady or office.
Called her optum company 3 times, they fumbled my referral for 4 weeks, then I fixed it, then called to set up, doing their job, they then told me I have to release all medical records, the doctor will review, then they will call me for an appointment.
Save yourself the time, do not see anyone affiliated with optum.
Cannot get past the Gatekeepers! My primary sent a referral. I've called every business day since 8/4. Every time I was promised someone from Scheduling would call back. What kind of doctor does not have a direct line to her office?
