Dr. Firas M. Rahhal received a Bachelorโs degree in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania, then received his MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed an Ophthalmology Residency at Cornell University Medical Center in New York City and subsequently a two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery and uveitis at the University of California, San Diego Medical Center. After fellowship, Dr. Rahhal returned to Cornell University as Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and was appointed the Director of the Retina Service, staying in that position for five years.

He explained everything i needed and answered my questions a related to my retina surgery n condition had. It was resolved. My eye better. Great staff glad i had opportunity to go n will return

5 months agoDr.Rahal is an excellent physician very dedicated and knowledgeable. Iโve been taking my father to him for the last 7 years for his Macular Degeneration. He has the best bedside manner I ever seen in any doctors. He cares so much about his patients and always takes his time to explain everything to you. With his assistant Amy whoโs super nice they make a fantastic team ๐ I wish we had more doctors like him.
