Dr. Gamal F. Ghaly, MD

The doctor is not in the office staff is friendly and did their job to the best of their ability but the doctor was rude can barely understand him I’m definitely changing my doctor waited 2hrs in a back room for thm to tell me they dnt kno when he’s coming and the sink in the room was disgusting and stinks left went to the hospital my foot was broke doctor never showed up

There was only one medical assistant running the entire office b/c someone had called out, but she handled it like a champ. If only the doctor hadn't arrived 2 hrs late from his rounds. Still, I'm glad I stayed. He is very wise and soft spoken. He also said do not take Benedryl at night if you snore b/c people just don't wake up (sleeps with the fishes). I have 3 snoring family members on B at home and none of our doctors have ever taken the time to tell us that.

I have only seen this doctor once. In this visit I informed him that I was out of some of my medications.. I am a heart patient , I have MS and severe acid reflux. The net day I called the pharmacyI didn't get but 3 filled. I called the doctors and they still did not respond to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy again and they said that they have tried to contact my doctor but has not received a response. I will be searching for a new doctor.

This Dr has no respect for his patients time. On my 2nd appt I waited 1hr 30 mins and never got called back so I walked out. Other patients were waiting up to 2 hrs. His professionalism as a Dr. Is terrible and he does not treat conditions with the due dilligience required. He also makes it known he is annoyed answering any questions. I do not recommend him if you care about yourself and your healh.

Dr.Ghaly is an amazing Doctor. He is very hands on with each medical situation brought his way. His office staff is great & very polite! He is also very concerned with any of your concerns. I've had him for a few months and I love his office and staff. I feel very welcome at Dr. Gamal Ghaly's office in Moreno valley. I highly recommend him to anyone that has serious health useless or if you are concerned he is your go to doctor!!!! -Dominguez K.
