2 months agoToday was my first visit after being referred by my Kaiser physician. The experience was perfect. Everyone in the office was friendly and efficient. I was called in before my appointment time and immediately saw the EKG tech. The nurse practitioner came in a few minutes later and did an exam and recorded my history. She told me what her recommendations were and then confirmed them with the doctor. All subsequent appointments were scheduled and I was on my way. Overall great experience.

4 months agoDr. Kazmouz and his staff are AMAZING! I was sent by a referring doctor due to failing a previous heart test. I was able to get an immediate appointment, and saw Dr. Kazmouz within a few days. Any and all staff that I had contact with were professional and friendly. It is a busy office, but with some patience it works out. After spending about 30 minutes in his office and getting an EKG, Dr. Kazmouz advised me to seek immediate care via the ER, and within a week, I had open heart surgery. I truly believe because of his knowledge and wisdom he provided to me as my Cardiologist, he saved me life. Highly recommend....

4 months agoReferred for ongoing palpitations, dizziness etc. FACTS: 1st appointment after initial consult (billed to my insurance) on April 17 and provided a heart monitor (billed to my insurance). Second appointment on May 7 for an echo (billed to my insurance). I then informed staff that my PCP discovered 50 percent plus blockage in my femoral artery (trust me I felt it) and recommended evaluation. Staff COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS. They said they had no access to my PCP notes or the results of the ultrasound. PCP needs to fax them (how archaic!). I had the info on my phone and I asked if I could email a copy to them and they said no. I am scheduled for 2 more tests (to be billed to my insurance) and may finally get the privilege of a follow up with his Highness, Dr. Kazmouz on June 20. SIX weeks after the referral!! In the meantime, I have a partially blocked artery. This practice is nothing more than an insurance scamming mill. And the staff are absolutely useless and could not care less. Rick -May 08, 2024

8 months agoOf course with Kaiser insurance through covered California you don't get to pick anybody so this was the doctor. This must be the most unfriendly office staff I've ever encountered no smiles no customer service. They all must be totally miserable in their job!!! And after I had my test I really couldn't afford the $65 copay to come back in to be told whether or not my testing was something to be concerned about or not you would think somebody would call you and let you know but of course not!

a year agoI like the doctor, but the medical office is an absolute disaster. I was scheduled for a 1PM appointment. I arrived at 12:45 to find that everyone was at lunch until 1PM. No big deal, right? Well, when I arrived the waiting room was already full of people who were scheduled for appointments between 12PM and 1PM. I wonder how that happened... People were already getting angry. Then a frail older gentleman came in and after waiting over 40 minutes he had to leave for another appointment at which point the staff were quite rude to him for wanting to reschedule. Oh, and they didn't know who he was even after he signed in. NONE of the staff seem to look at the sign-in sheet. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before I reminded them that I was waiting. They responded as if they didn't know who I was even though they texted me earlier to confirm I was coming, and I signed in when I arrived. Another older gentleman comes in and ends up waiting 45 minutes past his appointment time, then starts screaming at the staff that he isn't being seen because, and I quote, "he is a black man". I had a routine appointment that should have last 40 minutes tops. It ended up being almost 3 hours until I left the building. Good luck.
