We came through the ER because my momโ€™s dementia has gotten drastically worse within a few days and her primary caregiver canceled her appointment. The wait to go back to the room was a little long but well worth it. The Drโ€™s were very thorough. We found out what was going on with my mom. Jackie is a fantastic nurse. She took very good care of my mother and went out of her way for our family. - Briggs Family

I would like to applaud and recognize a Jackie for the excellent service she provided to my sister. As soon as we entered the ER room Jackie and one of the other nurses were extremely focused on caring for my sister Veronica. Jackie was very caring, professional and attentive to her needs at the time. Jackie demonstrated high level of care for her and was very knowledgeable during her care. She made my sister very comfortable and eased her anxiousness with her calming and sweet care. Not only was she attentive to my sister, she was offering help to other staff members in other rooms. We were sad to hear the shift was changing and she had to leave! Selfishly we would have loved for her to stay, but understood her shift was over. Kudos to Jackie and you all are blessed to have a member like Jackie on your staff!

I was so sick, went through ER, and was at the hospital for six days. I originally started in the orthopedic unit and later was moved to the women's unit. All teams were excellent. There was one specific day, while in the woman's unit, my breathing was a concern, and the nurse got the pulmonary unit immediately, consulted with Dr's and got scans, xrays, results, everything. The next day, about 800mls of fluid was removed from one lung. My family is grateful and wanted to thank the nurse and assistant teams; Amber, Jadan, Roxy, Amanda, Tammy, and Bennie. And so many others, I can't remember names; Ernest, Maria. Special thanks to Dr. Bassey for his great work, thorough explanations, and God sent decisions. All teams at the hospital were awesome, radiology, pulmonary Dr, and everyone. Thank you, Mission Trail Baptist Hospital. Sincerely Piedad Pena

Staff is nice and friendly. Wait, time in ER was short. Rooms are very clean, and quiet ๐Ÿ‘Œnice view. My only complaint is the poor quality mattress. Food is even good quality, and not unhealthy or unappealing...so far. Best hospital experience.

I wanna thank my husbands nurse Melissa RN on Telemetry This is the second time he has been admitted and she has been so helpful. She made sure everything was going according and made him feel comfortable as everyone knows hospitals can make you really anxious. His other nurses did the same but having her the second time around made her stand out and had been wonderful with us Thank you so much Melissa and Mission Trail hospital and staff โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน
