a month agoVery unprofessional and disorganized. I attempted multiple times to make an appointment and I finally did verbally over the phone. I called beforehand about 30 minutes before my appointment to ask a question and I was told that my appointment never existed. I thought maybe the appointment was just on a different day. Yet, they told me that there was no other appointment for me confirmed on any other day this year. I took off work and wasted my time with this office. Once this problem arose the front desk clerk did not attempt to resolve the issue, or try to reschedule, and just had an โoh wellโ attitude. A close friend of my mine also had the same experience, please take your needs elsewhere. Dr.Hany may be a good doctor, but this disorganization and bad customer service will be the downfall of his business.

4 months agoI am a new patient. I went in for my well woman exam. Dr. Ahmed was very caring and listened to my concerns. I was not made to feel paranoid or brushed aside. He addressed every issue thoroughly and provided the necessary tests. Everyone in his office is very sweet and caring. I am very glad to have found my new doctor!

3 months agoDr. Hany and his staff are outstanding! They cared for my daughter when she was pregnant with my first grandchild. They made our experience exciting and heartwarming. They answered all our questions and calls. Her pregnancy was high risk and they cared for her was remarkable. They are overall just great and will always be appreciated!!!

4 months agoI decided to see Dr. Hany because he was rated 4.8 stars on google. Check in was quick but while I was filling out paperwork they pulled me into a room with another woman and started asking questions Infront of each other. One nurse took my weight and height then walked away then the second nurse had to take it again and she took my pressure twice by accident. Someoneโs chart was open right in front of me which seems to be a hipaa violation. I was taken to the exam room and it was a pretty uncomfortable process. The door kept being open as I sat there naked covered by the tiny sheets given to me. People were just walking by. They asked me all the questions that I had already answered on my paper work. He seemed to be rough with my PAP. When he was done he asked if were still friends. The consultation room smelled like pee. If I asked any questions the doctor seemed to be annoyed. They asked me for my pharmacy 3 times. Iโm used to getting a summary of my visit but here they just have you pay and send you off. I had to ask for the list of the prescriptions I would be given to do some research as I wait for my blood work down the hall. When I went to pick up my prescriptions the following day, they were never called in. I called the office and they told me that they were waiting for me to approve the prescriptions which makes no sense. Dr. Hany told me I needed something and I agreed. Thatโs why Iโm seeking a professional in the first place. I would not recommend I should have walked out but I gave him the benefit of the doubt because of the great reviews. There are much better doctors out there.
