Dr. Ihab Mohammed Deebajah, MD

The doctor is a good doctor. I have tried to work with the billing department with no success. I miss an appointment for a sleep study because I didn't have enough gas to get to my appointment. I was in a auto accident and I'm unable to work. They have charged me $100 that I can't afford to pay right now. My heart doctor wants me to see my pulmonologist because I'm having shortness of breath but they will not let me see the doctor. Doctor's take an oath to serve people and this is heartbreaking that they will not let me see the doctor because I don't have $100 to pay them at this moment.

Here is yet another review for the terrible office staff. I like the doctor a lot. As a doctor myself, I needed an FAA sleep study clearance and he was extremely friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him. The staff is another story. The girl at the front desk looked like she loathed working every second you talked to her. I made an appointment in office to pick up my study on a Monday. They asked me if I wanted to come in the next day (Tuesday) and drop it off and review the results, to which I said "no, I am busy all day Tuesdays". The girl said Wednesday then and I could see the doctor. I picked up my machine on Monday. The next day a girl from the office called saying I was supposed to drip the machine off on Tuesday. As I explained the situation, she progressively got ruder and more aggressive to the point I finally stopped calling her out on being rude and unprofessional and I would return the machine at the time of the appointment the next day. After being put on hold no less than 5 times and a 20 min call during a patients appointment, she finally said "fine". Absolutely horrible experience. The next day I got my results and returned the machine (no sleep apnea, yay!). All i needed was a note saying that I don't have sleep apnea. The girls refused to give me anything and all ganged up at the desk to try to bully me or something? No clue. I could make chock it up to a cultural thing, but I have a fairly large middle eastern patient population and they aren't as rude as these girls. I got a copy of my chart and I hope that's all I need because I'll never go back. Terribly unprofessional experience.

The Doctor and his staff are all very nice. My husband has been seeing him for over a year. He's a good pulmonary doctor and listens to my husband. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait can be long.

Dr Deebajah is a great Pulmonary Doctor. He is always friendly with his patients and explains well how to take care of your health. He never rushes you. We will continue coming here. Also had sleep study here.The staff is polite and knowledgeable. We drive a long way to come to this office.

I don’t recommend the doctor because I had problem in CPAP machine , I talked to the office many time they ignored it completely because they want only the person make appointment . The patient is completely ignored when they need adjustment to the sleep device or have any inquiries, even if it’s a chronic condition .they care only about the profit not about the patient health
