Spoke to a Medical Assistant named Melissa, OMG. If she wasn’t the most dismissive and rudest person that’s supposed to be helping people, I don’t know what is. Horrible and gave off this vibe like people worked for her, get a grip and do better as a person! I would definitely not recommend or refer anyone or a my family member there. Just sad.

if I could give them a negative, I would. The doctor I saw was rude and accusatory when I voiced my concerns. It was followed by another doctor that seemed nervous about the whole thing and did not know what to do. my first visit with them, I was waiting for 2 hours only to be told that the front desk lady had not let them know I was there for my appointment. I had asked her 2 times before if I had been forgotten, and she insisted that they were just running behind. I'm looking for somewhere else to go. they are careless and have no descent bedside manners what so ever.

Very kind, reassuring and sweet. Especially Ms. Myla who helped me over the phone. Such a sweetheart.
