a month agoWonderful and caring staff, clean, and well maintained location. If you need to be in a hospital, be here. Thanks for all your care, UCLA staff.

a week agoIt is surprising to see so many negative comments. My husband is getting first-class care at this hospital. UCLA Medical Center is the best in CA and one of the best in the world but many people don't know or appreciate it.

7 months agoI've been in many ERs throughout my life due to a chronic illness. Never have I had to rate one because of what a terrible experience it was. I'm on day 3 and my room is a literal hallway with along with about 20 other people in the hall because there are no rooms anywhere in the hospital. That's right, bright lights, people walking by, talking all night long and you are supposed to rest and recover here. The nurses are doing their best. Its not their fault. But the conditions are absolutely terrible. I have to use the bathroom in front of everyone walking by. Go somewhere else

2 weeks agoThis has been the worst ER visit Iโve ever experienced. The nurses were decent, but the overall service was subpar. If your situation can be handled at urgent care, avoid coming here. Iโd only consider this place for a life-or-death emergency, and even then, Iโd hesitate. Iโm used to the quality of care at NYU Langoneโthis hospital doesnโt even come close.
