Exceptional Dr and staff. Knowledgeable, compassionate, professional. The office staff is always ready to help in any way they can. You guys are the best!
BEWARE!!! If youโre African American I would
stay away from this office !! Dr. Syoufi prescribes what he wants and not whatโs in the best interest of the patient. The Office manager is rude , racist and condescending! She doesnโt like her job especially if it involves her having to do a prior authorization! I would never recommend this office to anyone! This office deserves less than one star!!!!
I have had one visit to this clinic so far, after the visit I received a bill to pay extra 21.77, which I wanted to do via the website, it did not work. I called them that I would pay over the phone, they said they were busy and would call me back. They didn't call back so I mailed checks. My check has been cashed at the bank, there is a confirmation, and after a month I get the same bill to pay again, my daughter not asking me paid again they took it again. Now I'm wondering if my appointment for next visit was canceled the following year because I did it over the phone, on the website it didn't work, I know they charge extra money for missed visits , I just hope doctors assistant was able to cancel my next visit? Everything- the service and the website does not work as it should. Doctor Syoufi is Ok.
When we arrived for our appointment the office staff inform us that we need to pay 180.00 for an unpaid hospital bill. If we didn't pay, Dr Syoufi wouldn't see my 93yr father. We had waited weeks for this appointment.
We hadn't ever received the bill at the time of the appointment. It was determined that they had the wrong insurance number. Bill was covered and they credited his account.
They are not in the office on Mondays. About every 3 weeks their phone lines went down on Tuesdays. His medical assistant changed 3 times in the 3 months we saw him. Our first visit the medical assistant placed a Dexcom on my father by reading the instructions. The device never worked. I had to call the office and get serial # and figured it out on my own.
Trying to get paperwork from their office to our insurance company was a nightmare. After 3 months we decided to find a new Endocrinologist. Dr Syoufi maybe knowledgable but his office is imposable to work with. They didn't even get my dads records over to his new doctor.
Not getting my authorizations in on time, not sending me lab work requests or to the lab. Single-handedly making my diabetes worse. Last virtual appointment doc was just looking at his watch the entire time. Quality dropped so much here and now I have to reschedule my blood work after I was told they would send it over, hindering me from getting more pump supplies. Thanks for assisting in nothing but more problems for me and my survival. Ridiculous.
