A couple of family members were patients here. They both had very serious life or death medical conditions and survived. I ๐Ÿ’• TMC . The hospital staff saved their lives. The Doctors and nurses including all other staff are truly professional. I attached some pictures of beautiful plants. The patio near unit 700 is nice. Some of the other patio's need more landscaping. Visitors enjoy nice landscaping. Thank You

Took my wife into TMC for a L-lung Biopsy. We entered on the Cardio/Vascular side. We were treated by Sonia who got us admitted with a smile. Nurses Deb got her comfortable and relaxed. She was awesome! Kurt came in to find a vein and started her drip. Another nice, friendly guy. I followed my wife every step of the way. Nice. Then wonderful nurse, Alyssa got my wife in and out of her biopsy. A hard working girl with a smile. Peter came in for a final X-ray & we were shuttled back to the front by Dave, great guy. A total pleasure & experience for both of us. Give them a try. Iโ€™m sold.

I have been in the hospital with my son who has special needs. He was kept overnight last night and then kept again tonight.Seen at 11 am today claiming that he would be needing breathing treatments. It is now fifteen minutes to 9 pm, and we have not received one breathing treatment. In the meantime, he's sitting here being exposed to everything. Saying i'm disappointed can't even describe how I feel right now. I could have given him better care at home. Breathing treatments every four hours, like they should be.

Came into ER with my dad. Rodney, our nurse, was great. The ER was packed, but he still took good care of my dad and was kind and caring to all of us. He kept us informed on what was happening and what was next. Thank you Rodney for making the ER visit bearable.

I have had two experiences with Tucson Medical Center. Both negative. The first was a referral to a knee surgeon. He looked at a Four year old MRI and pronounced I needed a knee replacement. I sorta thought a new MRI would be due before recommending that. He seemed peeved that I declined. I feel like I was just a piece of meat to earn an insurance payment. The second was a visit to the ER after I was hit by another car. The airbag did not deploy and I hit the steering wheel and windshield. I had a black eye just to start. Not nice people. Treated like I was a stupid old man. Then I got the bill. Which I reviewed. I was billed for one thing I did not receive and another I questioned. And, of course, when I called to question this I was given a run around. Bad treatment and defrauding my insurance provider. If you have a choice do not go there. Update; Notice no response. I requested my chart and files because of the fraud they committed. They send you this ridiculous, unintelligible extensive forms. And it's my information. They don't want you to prove their fraud or their Drs. Incompetence. Still so many questions about the incompetence and charging for things that didn't happen. All you are at TMC is an insurance payment. And they run up a bill. If you are unlucky enough to end up there review the bill. They stick stuff in there that didn't happen just to run it up.
