3 years agoHello. Everyone at the office are always so kind and patient. I am always greeted with a much needed smile and kindness. The staff are very kind and efficient. I always see the Doctor very quickly and am always treated kindly. He always is patient with me, answers all my questions and talks with me in terms I can understand. Way to go Everyone!!!

2 years agoThis was probably the worst doctor experience I have ever had. I felt very brushed off. I was referred but the hospital after being admitted. I was seen by the doctor for no more then 3 minutes before he told me I was fine and escorted me out without so much as a paper saying I had come into the office. Being 32/33 weeks pregnant I expect someone to take their time and cover all bases. I was told not to make another appointment and told to leave. I couldnโt stop crying after because I was completely taken back that I was brushed out and excused so quickly. My appt in total took less the 15 min. I would expect a cardiologist to spend more time and exhausted all resource especially when I had already been admitted to the hospital . He has received two referrals. And there is two lives in the mix since I am pregnant. I would not recommend anyone go there that has state insurance or pregnant. I am completely taken back and was referred by my doctor to another cardiologist since this one did not feel the need to properly examine me and told me โnot to make any more appointmentsโ

3 years agoDr. Al-Khatib did not chide me for having a totally adverse opinion of virus vaccines and other virus vaccinations like flu shots. When I took off my mask to tell him that I couldn't hear him with the mask on he asked if he could remove his and of course I agreed. One of the nurses who saw me also asked if she could remove her mask when I had problems hearing her and of course I welcomed the bit of sanity. The nurse scheduled quick appointments so that I could get all the testing done as fast as possible and testing will be done within 2 weeks. Overall a great experience!

2 years ago1st off I will say I'm picky when it comes to my Dr's, I want to feel comfortable with whomever I'm seeing. I've had very bad experiences in the past so I'm always reluctant when seeing a new Dr. But I will say This office was clean and Everyone was very friendly. I had a great visit with Dr. Jamal Al-Khatib and have nothing bad to say... all around great place! I actually look forward to my next visit.

2 years agoHe didn't really listen to me, I had a STAT Referral from my Primary and this guy puts me out an extra month for an echocardiogram which is vital in my treatment process right now! He did a very basic exam and just brushed me off. He was only with me for MAYBE 3 minutes before he had me follow him out to the desk to schedule my next appointment! So angry, I went straight to my primary to talk to him about it and see about going thru a different cardiologist!!! These are the kind of discouraging appointments that make it to where patients don't even want to go to the doctors when a problem occurs because they already feel like they're just a dollar sign $$$ I want someone who actually cares and will listen!
