I was raised in a small town next to a medical clinic where I became familiar with its doctors and nurses who eventually inspired me to be involved in the medical field. I first received my nursing degree and after working in that field I soon realized that I wanted something more challenging and then decided to go to medical school. As I went through medical school I realized that primary care is my calling and ultimately chose Family Medicine as my specialty.
Kaiser Permanente is a good organization that offers growth opportunities and is, logistically and technically, focused on patient care. Since moving to the United States in 1996, I never left the Central Valley; I enjoy the weather and the lower congestion.
As a physician, it is important to me that I have a good rapport with my patients. My medical interests include disease prevention and follow-up of care for Adult, Pediatric, as well as Obstetric and Gynecology patients. In addition to English, I also speak Arabic and Hebrew.
