I wonder if the nurses would send their parents to their own ED. Rude and completely annoyed that I was following up on the status of my dad. Unacceptable So continued, I emailed them like they asked and no reply. They sent my dad home and now he’s back in the hospital. No one called us and due to his dementia he’s now worse off than he was. And in the hospital they change the nurse daily so there is no way they know anything about a patient which is for continuity of care

Broke my shoulder a couple years ago. I wanted Mercy, so records would go to my doctors. I live in the boonies. Even with a stabbing victim, I was out in 2 hours, and took all xrays. It would've been nice if someone explained what to expect before I saw Otho Surgery 10 days later. They see this all the time. I've never broken my shoulder. Couldn't sleep, get dressed, shower, nothing. A friend finally referred me some YouTube videos. Extremely helpful. My only pause in 5 starts. They were super compassionate the fact I couldn't breathe without pain.

Wonderful team of well-educated staff!! I was delivering my 4th child there and wouldn't wish for a better group of people to be there for me and my family. They were all so attentive and helpful! Thank you sooo much to Jess, Karen, Amy, Nelly, and Lila!! There were many others but I can't remember all their names. Thank you to Dr. Dawson for delivering my baby girl, Katerina, safely. I enjoyed being a pregnant patient in Mercy San Juan than in Sutter.

This place doesn't make you comfortable and make it miserable. I came from Redding CA to see my husband down here and it was a really long drive. You Would think they would make us Comfortable, no, they did not. I drove a long ways to get here from Redding the mercy hospital there was very good to us my husband has been through alot was in the hospital in Redding for 2 months He's a complicated case, so nobody in Redding would take him for rehab. He came down here to college oak nursing and habilitation and was sent to mercy San Juan. 🥺 over it all

Of I were to get shot right in front of this place, id request to go to another hospital for treatment. The waiting room is always packed with homeless people and the wait time for treatment is ridiculous. My wife was taken there by ambulance for an emergency only to be taken straight to the waiting room upon arrival. We sat for three hours before being seen only for them to check her blood pressure and send her back to the waiting room. We asked front staff how long it would be before she was examined and the nurse very rudely replied with "when you hear her name get called." Even after being discharged they refused to provide a ride back. Which forced my pregnant wife and I to have to walk two hours back home at three in the morning.
