My husband and I have been going to Dr Saloum for years. My brothers Dr went to concierge service so he was looking for another Dr. I recommended Dr. Saloum and he is very pleased with him. I love his bedside manner. Very professional and conscience. Hope he NEVER leaves southeast side of San Antonio!!!
My parents were patient of doctor maher saloum for 7 years but right in middle of year and just day before there appointment his office have called and said they have stoped accepting the insurance my parents have really.!! They did not even gave heads up when they called to confirm appointment a week before. This is inconvenient plus the lady who called to inform about insurance not accepted was very rude. Doctor If you are reading this review then i hope you will understand my situation of been kicked out of your clinic just day before of our appointment, your staff should have called 2 weeks before to give us heads up on this. Very unprofessional. I would have not even give your office 1 star.
We absolutely love dr saloum. We first met him when taking my mother in law for an apt and now myself, my husband and even my son and father are patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you can understand. Hes also very caring and compassionate for his patients. In all my 47 years of life hes the best dr I've ever seen. His staff is wonderful as well. We highly recommend him.
Dr Saloum is the best, he called me after I left a message. I realize he is busy, and everyone wants him to be their Doctor. And I know his office is going through changes, but just hang in there, he or they will get back to you.
This doctor is a joke he wouldnโt let my sister speak at all heโs very disgusting . He wonโt even send her to an endocrine doctor when her thyroid is under active and has lost 60 in 4 months . Donโt put your faith in this SOB.. This doctor has no right to to tell a patient not to talk till heโs finished and then heโll decide if she can talk . Please beware of this .
