2 weeks agoThis doctors office made me wish Google allowed - star reviews because giving them 1 Star seems too much. I was referred to this office by my childโs pediatrician. The first time I called them I spoke to a female named Tony who wanted to charge me $300 to schedule an appointment because according to her, she โ didnโt know if she had received the doctor referralโ because she would have to โget up and look for it on the other side of the officeโ. I tried to explain my child has PPO coverage so she didnโt the need the referral & could give her insurance info for her to verify but she said her system was down so she couldnโt verify so I would have to pay in order to schedule the appointment. We hung up, and she called me 20 min later to tell me she found the referral & I could schedule the appointment but that I would have to contact the pediatrician to have them send doctor notes & labs โ which I did. If this office received the items they requested I donโt know. Iโve called this office 6 times the last 10 days & left 4 voicemails requesting a call back and they have not called me back. I know my pediatricians office has had an equally unpleasant time trying to work with this office staff & get them documentation they say they need. These are children that need care. Why get into this line of work if youโre unwilling to help.

9 months agoThis was our first time visiting Dr. Ibrahim Mahmoud's office. I found both the front office and nurses very friendly and helpful. We got an appointment within 2 weeks. They inform you of everything you need to bring prior to the appointment, which is very helpful. They did a courtesy reminder call to confirm the appointment. They were all very thorough in their duties and professional. We were seen in a timely manner. Please arrive 30 minutes earlier if you're a new patient. They have physical paperwork that needs to be filled out, so bring your reading glasses and insurance information. It will help keep their schedule on track if you arrive earlier than your scheduled appointment time to fill out the paperwork. Dr. Ibrahim Mahmoud is very sweet. Like you just want to sit down with him and break bread and listen to his life stories. He was very thorough with his assessment. Great professional and calming manner. There were plenty of kids in there and they were all happy. You can tell he and his staff put the children and parents at ease. He explains everything in his findings and the current and future treatment plan. I was very impressed with this office. My only recommendation is to screenshot your building and draw an arrow line on it where the entrance is and then to your office and text or email the pic to your patients. Finding the office is easy once you're on the 2nd floor, but being disabled and I never been there, the front office was kind enough to direct me over the phone to where the stairs and elevator behind/middle the building (in a breezeway) was located. I think a pic with an arrow would help patients find your office easier and can cut down on directions phone calls like mine. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim Mahmoud's office. Thank you all for your hard work and for making this a pleasant experience.

a year agoDoctor is good. The women that run the front desk all rude I donโt know how many reviews is it going take in order for this place to get new staff, office manager Marilyn is HORRIBLE! All she does is likes to argue and thinks that she is right. She needs to go. ALL the women there are very cold. They like to escalate situationโs instead of de-escalating. Do not waste your time here

a year agoI totally AGREE 100% with Karen. The office manager doesn't care about the patient's and is rude. I have been waiting for 1 week for my daughter's prescription refill!! She told me that if I want a refill to have the pharmacy contact her so she can approve it. I did that 2 times and still nothing. I called this morning and spoke to Bree. She was also rude! I asked to talk to the doctor because the office manager is out for the day and Bree told me that the doctor doesn't talk to patient's over the phone but she will leave him a message. I live over 55 minutes away or else I would of showed up to dpeak to the doctor in person. I will be looking for a new doctor after she see's him this Wednesday because you guy's are playing with the children's health. How dare you office manager be working with children and you could care less about their health. When a child is out of the medication you need to bend over backwards to refill it. But you DON'T CARE!! Like Karen said, RETIRE ALREADY!!!!!!!
