My daughter was going to this place since day she was born. We have had some issues when it comes to insurance. So my daughter mom called to get answer and ask questions and was very polite but Dr. wife was very rude and disrespectful. My daughter mom called after getting the letter and asked nurse to have Dr. call back and nurse said it probably won’t happen because of his wife. Terrible customer service.

Awful customer service. I called to get information on a mutual patient and was yelled at and when I asked who the manager was she told me it was the doctor and he doesn't have time for this. I was simply trying to help coordinate care for a child and was completely disrespected. Her name was Hinedi (sp?) I call a lot of offices daily but she was the WORST.

Dr Mustafa is hands down the best pediatrician in town. He is responsive, he is caring, he is thorough. Our son loves him and the entire staff. We are grateful for the care he gives our son.

I wish I can have an option for —0 stars. They SUCKS! The Doctor is extremely monetized He just want your money and they don’t care for your children health. My daughter is Autistic and he talks in front of her like she doesn’t really understand but she does and she hate it there. They told me to do things with her that is not his concern so not please don’t take your children with them. REALLY They just want money.

I called this practice assisting my younger sister with her daughter and the receptionist was rude, dismissive. I asked for an office manager and she stated there was not one. I wouldn't suggest calling this office FOR ANYTHING.
