I am truly blessed that my local oncologist referred me to Dr. St. John for my squamous cell carcinoma (head/neck) diagnosis in Jan. 2023. Both Dr. St. John and her team are top notch, highly efficient professionals in every sense - from initial consultation through to surgery and after care, she provided proactive information and data upfront, kindly answered my gazillion questions during, and stayed close during follow up afterwards. Her deep knowledge in this specialized field made all the difference. My extensive surgery in March was a success. I’m currently finishing up radiation treatment, and looking forward to living my life fully on the other side of this. Dr Maie St John is an incredible person and amazing doctor in every way. In my experience she and her staff created a very comprehensive and nurturing medical solution that eliminated my throat cancer. I've never had such a positive medical experience and every aspect of my treatment was handled with perfection by herself, her staff and her teams. I was provided a very personalized treatment plan which included the most sophisticated and effective treatments available. My cancer was at a high stage but the treatment planned was highly effective and eradicated the cancer in a minimally invasive way. My life and quality of life was spared with very minimal effects of which I am healing amazingly well. I realize every cancer patient is faced with their own struggles and each case is different. Dr. St. John and her staff are the best in every way possible. I was extremely nervous before my surgery and everyone I met was kind, professional, and comforting. The entire surgical team was understanding and helpful. They even asked me what music i wanted to hear when i was rolled into surgery.
