2 months agoDismissed and talked over me constantly. Wouldn't let me finish anything I was saying. Dismissed and wouldn't listen to my symptoms. Gave me room to speak and then would immediately talk over me. This has been one of the worst appointments with a doctor I've ever had. I spoke to the manager about it and it was clear she didn't take me seriously. I just have to say something, because if you want to be listened to, taken seriously and respected as a person, don't go to him. I don't know how he has such high reviews to be honest.

7 months agoDr. Hashmi is a great doctor, i had started having Siezures about 6 yesrs ago. The very first grand-mal Siezure i had 6 years back i was at work just starting the my day off next thing i remember was waking up in a hospital not knowing how i ended up there. My family was there & my boss & then Dr. Hashmi entered the room after hearing i was awake finally " i had been asleep for about 7 hrs before I woke up in the hospital " Dr. Hashmi had introduced himself to me & my family and friends & started asking me the normal questions a doctor would ask & when asked how i ended up in the E. R. I told him i didn't know. My boss who was there in concern for me had spoke up & said let me go retrieve the survalence footage & see if that helps. Amongst looking at the footage i received a email of the video i showed Dr. Hashmi & he diagnosed me with epilepsy after reviewing the vid & a cat-scan & other test that had been done is how Dr. Hashmi was able to make that diagnosis & prescribed me with the meds he felt was necessary after explaining to him I did not want no drugs that are addictive because i had explained to Dr. Hashmi that i was in recovery from opiate addiction of 22 years & he was the only doctor at that time to listen to what i had to say & had reassured me that I was in good hands & i truly felt that way after seeing Dr. Hashmi's concerning look on his face when explaining to him about my recovery then told me what a great job i was doing staying on a sobering path. I still see Dr. Hashmi on a six month basis & he still continues to tell me the same thing. I would highly recommend Dr. Hashmi to anyone in need of a awesome Neurologist. In my eyes he's truly a great Doctor & very lucky to have him looking after my medical needs in the Siezure department. Thanks Dr. Hashmi you're a very awesome Doctor.

6 years agoTotal waste of my time! Dr Hashmi was very rude, unprofessional, no compassion and inconsiderate. Did not address any of my issues, laughed in my face after trying to get help with life long migraines. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR to anyone.
