If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Tamimi took initiative & did what was needed to save my fatherโ€™s life. A referral was sent to his office & he was able to get us in next day. He removed a cancerous tumor just a few days after seeing him in clinic. The entire staff during the hospitalization was awesome as wellโ€” especially neurosurgery resident Dr. Traylor. Thank you Dr. Tamimi & staff for helping my father in a time of need!

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of Dr. Al Tamimiโ€™s office. My appointment was cancelled, yet nobody from the office bothered to inform me. This is despite the fact that someone from the office called earlier in the week to confirm the appointment. As a disabled person who does not drive, I had to coordinate public transportation to make it to this appointment. This requires significant effort and planning. I arrived only to be told that my appointment had been cancelled. I had scheduled this appointment more than two weeks in advance, and not receiving a notification about the cancellation not only wasted my time but also my money. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. Being disabled, it was a huge challenge to coordinate public transportation, and now I am left waiting in the sun for over two hours for the bus. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. I urge others to consider this before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Al Tamimiโ€™s office. Such disregard for a patientโ€™s time and effort is unacceptable.

I was referred to Dr Al Tamimi after having a work accident that crushed the left side of my face. I have a titanium eye socket and mesh net holding the left eyeball. I was prescribed over 4000mg of Gabapentin that did nothing for the nerve pain except make me sick, throwing up, and higher than a kite. Workman's comp had me back at work till my company refused to let me work and told them to fix me. I had gamma knife done to the trigeminal nerve prior to seeing Dr. Al Tamimi. He put a temporary nerve stimulator running from behind my ear down to the tip of my lip on the left side. This relieved the pain and gave me full function of my face. He installed the permanent battery in my chest and reran the wire to my lip. I could eat and talk again like normal. Unfortunate for me; the good doctor left Colorado and is now in Texas. I had to have someone else replace the battery back in 2019. Lets just say it was not one of my favorite surgeries and wish that Dr. Al Tamimi was the one that did that surgery. I still had/have pain; but nothing to the extent that I was loopy, goofy, and stupid. I returned to work and have a career and not sitting at home drooling on myself like other doctors wanted me to be. 12 years later I have a life to live without drugs. Some people want everything out of a doctor. I want a doctor that can fix my issues and give me life again. I did not have any issues with his bedside manners and owe a happy and fulfilling life to him. Every other doctor said to take medication and there was nothing else that could be done.

I truly do not care about his bedside manner, I wanted someone to fix my husband's back. Wonderful doctor who did a terrific job! We will never go to anyone else! Mike was off pain meds three days after coming home. Wonderful doctor and surgeon!

Until today I had a appointment with the good Dr. I have never met him, nor has he met me. I read his reviews and his lack of bedside manner, and his abruptness. I wanted our appointment to be very clear and precise not confusion. So, I asked for a supervisor to be present. The good Dr took offense and had a supervisor from the spine clinic to call me. This was to advise me I no longer had an appointment or Dr. To me this was a bit childish. Just thought you should know. Give the good Dr five gold stars for his surgery skills.
